The day-to-day affairs of the organization are managed by its 2 Co-coordinators Dr. Yahaya Hashim and Dr. Judith-Ann Walker as well as a Financial Management Committee. There are two full-time contract finance members of Staff, Mallam Idris Mohammed the Finance and Banking Officer and Mr. Abdulsalami Sani  who is the Accountant. The Financial Management Committee is chaired by dRPC Audit and Accounting Consultant Aminu Ibrahim and Company Ltd. Under its current grant with the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the oversight over dRPC’s accounts is exercised by the KPMG on a periodic basis. The dRPC’s audited accounts are available to any other funding agency on request.

The dRPC has staff strength of 8 full-time staff members; 2 Program Associates; 1 Volunteer and 1 Part-time staff. Mallam Aminu Said Beli, is the Senior Program Officer of the organization. Other staff members include Hajiya Fatima Balal, the Program Officer, a former Executive Secretary of the National Council of Women Societies, Abuja. The dRPC also has a Volunteer PhD Student from Queen Elizabeth House, Oxford University and a Program Assistant responsible for Logistics and Communications.  The Program Associate with responsibility for Training is Alhaji Danjuma Musa Inusa, (Mnim)  the former Senior Programme Specialist Opportunities Industrialization Centers International (2004-2005) USAID.  Alhaji Inusa holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Planning and Project Management from the University of Bradford, UK, 1995 and a Masters in Business Administration, BUK, 1991. He joined the dRPC in April 2005. The Program Associate with responsibility for monitoring and implementation of Community Development projects is Alhaji Abdul Hamid Inuwa an experienced rural sociologist. Hajiya Hadiza Ismail is a part-time staff of the dRPC with responsibility for early childhood development programs, she is a microbiologist and a former teacher.

The Co-coordinator, Dr Yahaya Hashim holds Masters and PhD Degrees in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, (ISS) the Hague. He holds a second Masters in Management from ABU, Zaria. Dr. Hashim was the Head of the Management Department, Kano State Polytechnic and Director of Productivity at the Nigerian Labor Congress (NLC) in the 1980s. Dr. Hashim is currently serving as a committee member of the National Health Research Ethics Committee, of the Federal Ministry of Health as well as a Member National Program Steering Committee for the Joint FGN/EU Programs on Water and Governance. He has served as an adviser to several international development agencies in the area of governance, religion and health. He coordinated the Core Welfare Indicators Questionnaire (CWIQ) surveys for Jigawa State with DFID, the World Bank and the Bureau of Statistics. He served as the civil society adviser to the European Union in its Nigeria Programming study; he is on the board of the UNEAD and is an adviser to several international organizations.

The second Co-coordination, Dr. Judith-Ann Walker, holds Masters and PhD Degrees in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, (ISS), the Hague. Dr. Walker has been working in the field of gender and health with particular reference to the Northern states since 1995.  She was a member of the team of experts who produced the first HIV/AIDS action plan for Nigeria, the HEAP. Dr Walker has contributed to the program development of the HIV/AIDS interventions of several international development agencies. She is a recipient of the ASHOKA Innovators fellowship award where she is supported to build capacity within civil society in Nigeria.
