  • Gender and Economic Development Program to build capacity of women’s CSOs and senior staff of the Ministry of Economic Planning and Budgeting, Bauchi State, supported by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) under its Nigeria-Canada Gender Equality Support Pilot Project (GESPP)
  • Anchor organization for Gender based budgeting training to build capacity of the senior training staff of the Centre for Management Development, Abuja and Lagos. Supported by the European Union, Support for Reforming Institution Program (SRIP)
  • Anchor organization of the Leadership Development Mechanism, funded by the Institute of International Education (IIE), to identify and match  emerging Nigerian leaders to short-term training programs in areas of Management, Leadership development and Reproductive health in the USA, South Africa, Egypt, UK, Netherlands, 2002-2009
  • Anchor organization for the Evidence Based Advocacy in Reproductive Health program in 6 states in Northern Nigeria, supported by the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, 2006-2008
  • Anchor organization for the Early Childhood Development project supported by the Bernard Van Leer Foundation, 2002-2008
  • Human resource management consultants to the USAID FHI  GHAIN Project to recruit over 300 staff for its new Pepfar program in 10 states in Nigeria, 2006
  • Constituted and led the USAID team on Social Sector Analysis of USAID interventions for the period 1999- 2003.
  • Developed and coordinated the CBO Capacity Building Program for poverty reduction with support from the MacArthur Foundation (1996-2001)
  • Developed, Implemented and evaluated the Community Empowerment, Model Local Government project for women’s CBOs and Local governments in Kano State, supported by CEDPA, USAID (2000-2003)
  • Primary education and child survival Assessment in Northern Nigeria - Social Sector Assessment team managers and leaders for USAID, Nigeria, 2003.
  • NGO/CBO Organizational Effectiveness Capacity and capacity building expertise in the North of Nigeria, Study for the Packard Foundation, 2001-2002
  • Gender Advisers to CIDA, Canadian High Commission on Strengthening the Cross River Ministry of Women’s Affairs and Youth Development, 2002-3
  • Advisers and study design team leaders, National Centre for Non-Formal Education, Kano, Study on Non-formal education needs and gaps, Federal Ministry of Education (2000-2001)
  • Supported the Orphans and Vulnerable children assessment of Kano State (2001), Family Health International, FHI, USAID
  • Evaluated the Pathfinder International RH/HIV project in Northern Nigeria supported by the Packard Foundation in conjunction with FHI, Arlington, 2002-2003
  • Facilitated the design and implementation of the Northern youth life skills training project funded by CEDPA, 1995-2000 
  • Anchored the first module development workshop to integrate HIV/AIDS and RH programs, 2000, Advance Africa, Arlington
  • Facilitated and supported the formation of the HIV/AIDS network (NOLENGO) of  Kano NGOs in 1997
