All dRPC researches are carried out with trained civil society activists and community based change agents. Over the years, the dRPC has been working with a core group of civil society persons, both males and females, who have had extensive
training and experience at collecting people-centered data using the highest ethical standards. Findings from all dRPC projects are disseminated to stakeholders and key respondents as a matter of organizational policy.
The dRPC supports projects that are rights based and specifically targeted at the poor and the vulnerable in society such as women, children, the socially excluded and people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS. dRPC thematic areas include:

Reproductive health including HIV/AIDS
Leadership Development including Entrepreneurship
Poverty Alleviation and Sustainable livelihoods
Conflict, youth unemployment and employment creation
Gender equality and social justice
Early childhood development including health & education, especially at the primary and pre-primary levels
